I have a series of images (about 30) number image0001, image0002 . . . and I need to resize them all. They will have the same start and end size. Is there anyway to automate this in Photoshop? I can't imagine there is but I thought it was worth checking.

if you have CS2 you don't need to create a custom action. Under the scripts menu (file->scripts) select the image processor item, it will do what you want
