The glass looks like its been condensed by steam, kinda like frosted, given the lighting and amount of specularity in the scene, I think they should be clearer and shinier. Great job on paint and modelling though!

I think I'm jealous of your car making skills :applause:
The mazda 6 has finally come out in north america, ever since your version I've been anxious to see it in real life. :)
Only thing that I notice is that the tires are real shiny but still grey. When tires are cleaned or glossed, the blackness seems to come out greatly.
the octavia is a ugly car! :p
but you worked well on him, fine modelling... very good, i like it!
CarlCampbell: the reflection on the glass is very monotonous
i should rotate the hdri a bit
Dirk_P_Ho i saw a mazda 6 last week
it's so cool
it's too expensive for a little student :/
please donate ;)
Neox: ugly?
it's not a bmw but it's a good car
(btw, i don't like bmw)
thanx

I like it...Sure, it's not hyper real. But for a Car Lib. it's enough! :)
Ehm...the copyright...Is not yourS? Are U sure?
I know your next private project will be extrem real :buttrock:

Nice job!...looks good, but uhmm..i can't see the relief in the tires well?..
@daniel:
it's even too good for that car lib ;)
well, my cars might push up the quality of the car lib a bit :wavey:
i don't care about copyright as long as i get money ;)
ok, i do care but i'm not quite sure who will have the copyright
@KotsVlok
well, there is no relief
the whells are very simple and low-poly
there's only one uv-map for the wheel without any bump-maps but it will do

i think it's a good modelling job on a car that is "normal"
means a normal car taht everybody could buy if he want to ... bmw and this other cars are so expensive.
i like realistic models....especially your car - models!

I like all of the modelling. I agree that the glass looks like it is too frosty for the scene. I love how you detailed the headlight. I want to know how to get that effect. Are there any resources that you could recommend for learning to do the headlight.
And last of all, I hate to state the obvious, but the lack of detail in the wheels is very apparent.
Cheers
:beer:
the headlights are even more low-poly than the wheels ;)
it's just an image map on a roughly shaped headlight model
