That's one my passion : Police squad ! The helmet is a design from shirow-masamune.
I think something's missing in this pic but i can't point it out.

Hm this pic is painted sao modifications will become difficult, but i think the missing part is something that catches eyes attraction in the foreground so that your eyes movement can take the zigzag foreground middleground background way....

But a nice painting and a coooooooooooooooool swat pic...

Their overals look a bit like something latex stretch stuff *g

Actually it looks like latex you're right, i should have modelised these things on the trousers...i don't know this word... maybe "folds" ?

very impressive. only thing that i dont like is the high light of the mid sqaud. seems too much high light

In fact he's meant to be the focal point of the picture, that's why i tried to highlight him, he's also the only one with no blur at all.

Its nice. My only crit is that the fabric on the arm of the second guys looks a little too soft.
