Be brutaly honest about the model. That's all I ask.

No fear. There is nothing brutal about a crit. In my opinion anyway. Well for starters the model seems way too low poly for todays current count. I really can't tell though without a wireframe but thats just my initial take. The pose is very suited for the demon and the creativity and character is definately there, just not pushed to its full potential. I would suggest smoothing over the features and adding more details. Like muscles, spikes, horns, teeth and such. Then really pour youself into the texture. Try looking at examples of other creature's/animals from real life or fiction. Your on the right trail, you just have to keep moving foward.
Sorry for the short crit, I'll write more as needed.

that's a pretty cool looking demon....only thing I could suggest is if there meant to be claws (not hooves), I'd make em a bit longer.......nice stuff.

:applause: Its pretty good, as was said (by Whirlwind) you need to increase the texture and the detail. It looks a little blurry if you catch my drift. I suggest choosing an area of the demon you want to use to define it, work on that area until it is exactly how you want it. Then use that area as a reference for the rest of it. Otherwise, the image shows great imagination and I like it alot, very cool. Good luck
