View Full Version : Q: Changing frame rate per scene basis?
ssalo 12-05-2005, 08:05 AM Hi!
Does anybody know how to change scene's frame rate? I know you can change default frame rate in Preferences but is there a way to change/preview it per scene basis?

just below the timeline click playback then playback options, you can change it there.

Thanks for the reply Carl but according to XSI's help it's only for real-time playback...
"The playback frame rate and format are used only for the playback interaction in XSI. These playback options take the default settings that you have made in the Output Format property editor (see previous section), but you can set them as you like for playback without affecting the default frame format and rate set for the scene."

Strange, its the only place i ever change it, also if you load an audio clip and change the framerate from the playback menu then it changes the time the clip plays over so it must be changing the scene frame rate.
seems odd that the doc says its just for playback interaction.

Really? I'll just have to try it then.
Thanks,
