That image is by Benedict Campbell, an excellent photographer and CINEMA 4D artist. He has recently opened his work in a gallery (a real physical one ;-)) in London, with many of his images printed out a metre or two wide. It includes a photo montage of how all of his work was created.
www.benedict1.com is his wesbite.

very impressive indeed. i love the way he mixes 3d and photography allowing him to achieve an ultra realism to it all.
i also love the cyber stuff he does.
