My rather wistful attempt at matte painting using Adobe Photoshop CS and my humble Logitech mouse. The snowfall was added (using particle playground) in Adobe After Effects 6.0. I've attached the settings(image) used for the Particles.

The Particle Layer Mode is set to Soft Light.
