oh maaan, you can't expect to get reflections if you don't have any lights in the scene!!
find a tutorial on 3 point lighting. reflections don't appear in dark or do they??? you NEED to put some lights in the scene.
use 1 directional light as the sun light source. place it high above the scene and direct it to the car. besides that, use spot lights for your fill and key lighting.
this tutorial DOES work, but assuming that you know how to set up your scene. 10% of succesfull render is the shaders, and the rest is lighting and tweaking.

As I see, this tutorial use FG..So, step 9,10,11 is really important..If you have setup right... (at leat the camera environment is white), so the scene CAN NOT black
@3d_guru: sorry but we neednt any light here, the camera background, the plane upper and sphere are exactly our light source

yep, the fact I think sphere is not neccessary here, we have light from camera, light from plane that could also create reflection... so..no nead for sphere :)

problem solved... now just to model headlights and fix render ;)

i just went through this tutorial too your scene is way too purple the writer meant
purplish-white (HSV : 287,0.028,1)
instead of purplish-white (HSV : 287,0.28,1)'
atleast i think so it makes more sense
