I dont know what u call the little dot that u paint with in zbrush, but when paint with two of them i want one of them to move like in the picture. Is this possible? or do i have to paint on one side and then the other side.

Is your model symmetrical? It doesn't look like it (in the shoulder area) in which case you probably won't be able to get symmetrical modelling. You might try hiding all of your model except for the head and then press the Transform>Set Pivot Point button. Press the Clear Pivot button when you're done.

Broadly speaking, once you have stopped modelling symmetrically you can't go back to it. You can make your model symmetrical by using the Tool>Deformation>Smart Resym button but if your model is posed you won't want to use that.

I had the same problem you are having, about 3 weeks ago. It was an easy fix for me. Try this

I assume you can navigate ZBrush ;)
