Elemental is good but when it will be fantastic after next package of Autodesk or some more realy Art works not just technics!!!

I think the force book is the really good mix between art , technics and both. But which is art? and which isn't, its different for everyone. For me, in this book, its all art :)!

The first time im in a book, and very proud to be in this one, surrounded by so talented artist. all the selected picture are simply awesome!

Note : They always put some pic from other ballistic book , but its very(very!) low poucentage. Its a good thing because I dont think everybody is buying all the book from Ballistic. This one is about autodesk users and its called Elemental 2. I didnt see a pic here from Elemental 1. :)

wonderful art as usual in ballistic books, but i`m agree with Pimeto, it would be great to have each book with totally diferent art with out a single repetition of an image!!

1. The overlap is MINIMAL
2. ELEMENTAL 2 is made in conjuction with Autodesk specifically for people who use Autodesk software. It's a totally different market from our other books. We're not expecting people who buy ELEMENTAL to buy EXPOSÉ or EXOTIQUE.
3. You're not obliged to buy it.
4. Yes, it's a business. That's how we keep this site alive and running.

I cant believe I missed out on the 'Call For Enteries" with this one. :( Looks awsome, and will make a nice addition to next years wish list (i have to wait to order a few books at a time....its just to expensive to order em separately!).

I think that this is a great book.

Of course i am proud to be featured in this book with 4 pictures and one excellence award in the design/arts. :)

Such books are so incredible motivating to create 3d pics!!

this is gr8!... as Exposé is a showcase for all 2D/3D digital art, Elemental could be a showcase for all 3D arts.

3ds max and maya is so vast I think we should have Elemental 3 for Autodesk native work and and some other for maya related work. and also another may be for XSI work. what do you say guys?
