i have found the way sure can full playblasting in Maya.
The tips :
when playblasting , keep typing SPACEBAR

huh?
i got like 100% success playblasting by NOT pressing anything (just set your maya to run in win2k compatibility mode)
i had some scenes that took me around 15 menits to playblast..imagine that:shrug:
