View Full Version : Possible to import 2D tracker data from Matchmover?
RockinAkin 11-29-2005, 08:12 AM Hi All,
I'm curious if Fusion can import 2D tracker data from RealViz Matchmover.
I see that it can from other trackers like Boujou and PFTrack, but dont see Matchmover.
Thanks.

I’ve been to a Fusion roadshow a week ago and they showed that in Fusion 5 you can Import Camera data from different 3d applications (lws, xsi, ma) in the Camera 3D node.
Here is a quote:
Our native camera will allow you to import camera paths from almost all 3D applications and trackers.

I’m don’t know if it is possible anywhere within Fusion 4 or dfx+ (that’s what I’m using), they don’t have the 3D Space.
Realviz can output these files so it shouldn’t be a problem.

But is that the same thing as a 2D tracked path?
I'm not looking to bring in camera data, just 2D tracked paths.

Well then, if not from matchmover... How about 3ds max .mot files?
