Most animation tutorial videos sell for $50.00 - $200.00 so just remember that when you see what I’m asking for this DVD.
25 bucks... Talk about a good deal!

It's good to see that at least someone out there has the common sense to reasonably price a DVD of this nature. :applause:

And its got the max files and scripts too.
Looks like a very good buy... cant wait to get my hands on it.

I use Oxygen (Cinema 4D 8) but I will be buying this one. I'm hoping to be able to use some of the techniques in my own efforts.

Very nice work, I just ordered it... just think if we all dropped $25 on someone else's ''personal'' project- it would give us all more motivation to get more done :)

Excellent, order sent.
Just hope Customs and excise don't slape their wodge on top.

Now why can't Gnomon do max tutorials at this price.

I had LOR first, back in 1932, things were really swinging back then... not like today.

Get the extended LOTR first then LOR. I sat though every minute of the new LOTR dvd and will hopefully will forget what I saw so I can watch it again fresh. 2 more movies to see... awesome.

It just walked through the door and into my grubby little hands.

Watched the LOR part, and if you thought it looked nice as a mov, then you'll love the DVD quality.

Everyone support him, and make it so he gets the next part out.

Andy, top notch stuff, and I can't wait for the second DVD. :)

Sure Andy, I'd be honored. :)

You deserve a big pat on the back. You can even super-size it.

If you want a real name just tack on my mundane title of: Tony O'Dell

Ok, how did you do it? I order on Friday afternoon in the UK and it arrived this morning. For me that's a record from the states.

Only looked at Rocket Pants and the centipede tutorial so far (I'm suposed to be working), excellent stuff.
I'm feeling myself compelled to watch more right now and sod work.

When's the next DVD? I want a collection.

I recieved mine last night.
The tutorials are excellent I have only seen the Compositing and Lighting ,but just those two alone was worth the money.
Anyone hesitating whether it is worth it or not, believe me it is worth every penny.
Even if you know all of this stuff having LOR in DVD format with 5.1 surround is awesome, and not to mention we are helping Andy out so he can get the funds for his next release.

Great job Andy looking forward to the next realease.

I genuinely want a small army of pod's on legs... I'm not kidding.

Looks great on a big screen - sounds fantastic through a 5.1 setup!

Tutorials are great, I never knew that you could use a bitmap in the volume select modifier, you have saved me a lot of time! :D

Plus - I may actually try some maxscripting now... Well, it's going to be 'my rotating sphere' script, not 'my modular NLA system' - prepare to be underwhelmed!

:D

AJ_23: Spooky If I'd got around to it I could have written your message. Exactly what I was thinking, except I might end up with a rotating teapot.
