I'm working on my first character animation, doin a little walk cycle. I have the first part done and it looks fine, but when i try to make blocks of it, the animation goes a little crazy and with every block of 40 frames it gets worse and worse. For some reason the hands are getting ahead of the body and they keep going out further and further until hes doing a frankenstein walk, among other things like the feet sinking into the ground or spinning around. Are there any tutorials out there for looping a walk cycle? Any insight would be appreciated :) thanks

Sometimes, once you've made blocks of your final walk cycle, the Absolute/relative part of the master block will cause very wierd results. Make sure it is set to Relative motion by right clicking on the block. This may fix your problem.

I had the same problem.
make sure that the last key is EXACTLY like the first key (copy it as relative not absolute), if it will be even a bit off, your character will go crazy.
make the last key something like one frame before your first key of the next block (or maybe even the same)
