Hi all,
I found the time to create some new plug-ins and update some existing ones. These are:
IKLimits (new): Three expressions to set the IK params of an object: min/max limits, use channel, use limits, strength, direction.
FixSymmetry (update): Fixes the symmetry in a hierarchy (e.g. a character rig). Minor update, now 'Fix Center' option sets center items heading/bank to multiple of 180 degrees (rather than 0 degrees).
MDDReader (update): Plug-in for Cinema 4D v8.5+ (Windows) for reading MDD files that were created in messiah or other apps. Now contains options for scaling and pre-/post behaviour and displays MDD file info.
MDDWriter (new): Plug-in for Cinema 4D v8.5+ (Windows) for writing MDD files. Records all sorts of deformations within C4D, including bones, soft body dynamics and (partly) clothilde cloth dynamics.
These plug-ins can be found at www.animationsnippets.com/plugins/index.html (http://www.animationsnippets.com/plugins/index.html) . Suggestions for improvement and bug reports are welcome.
