My pivot point is perfectly aligned with the object but when I
enter subobject mode this happens. It's damn har to move my vertex points to where I want them now.
Anyone?

Can't see the screenshot but I'd guess you've changed your Use Pivot Point Centre and/or your Reference Coordinate System settings. I can't tell without what you've got them set to, but they are on the main toolbar near the middle. Have a fiddle with them and see if it fixes it.
