Hey all,
Starting another little model one week ago
here is a Final Butterfly Fairy project.
Face created using Manga character images.
I mix cartoon type and realistic body style for this character.
Here is a image render test,screenshots,texture test.
Build in Light Wave ....

tho i think you need to make a more realistic looking nose. looks really freaky as it is now. (even for this type of anime/manga design)

Personally I like the nose.

I like it, but I am not sure the body matches the head well enough. I know you were going for a mixing of styles, but some of the proportions don't look right to me. Just my taste though.
