hi.

i just saw at deat fall website a cd with the name "The Human Project: Vol. 1" that has over 100 high quality human textures..

the thing is that the link is not working, i search in google but i can not found anything, can anyone tell me where i can found this cd....or any other cd that has high quality textures of the human skin?..

i want to use them to texture my 3d models

Most of the photos on www.3d.sk can be used as textures with minimal retouching.

thanks Leigh, i will have to wait a little to become a member of the site because it seems that i have to pay 3 months in one single payment...But definitively i`m goin to do it!!

I love 3d.sk, I highly recomend it. I am a bit unhappy with the fact that so much of the new content is not viewable unless you have the premium access. But other than that its awsome. The new search engine is fantastic. Its great for skin and clothing. I dont shoot nearly as many textures anymore.

It's like a lower rez version of 3d.sk. No nudity though, so not ideal for overall skin ref, but some nice images non the less - and it's free.

Correct me if I misunderstood, but the site offers Tagged images for free only... and I don't know what value they have to use for texture...

On the top of the page, there is a menu. "Free Textures" is the second option after "Home". They also have a subscription service. Here's what they have to say:

The Got3d Texture Subscription is a great way to begin your collection of quality textures. We offer new texture libraries every month at greatly reduced prices. New textures remain in the subscription area for six months. After the six months is complete, they can only be purchased in the Got3d Texture Store. If the idea of a monthly subscription billing is not appealing to you, we also offer these textures in the Got3d Texture Store.
