CGTalk - Skeleton stuff

I remember reading somewhere about a new utility that makes character rigging a breeze.

I know there is "skeletonworks" from another company, but there was another who said it does things that even skeletonworks couldn't handle.....anybody knowing which software utility i'm talking about ??
