I´m sorry,
my english is not to good.
And my super-explaining ( :shrug: ) were not like i posted it
I didn´t mean nonproportionally, but some kind of perspective distortion, like CTRL+T in Photoshop, then
I want to eg. take the point in the upper left and the upper right corner and position it towards the middle of the picture.
If it wasn´t clear enough:
Create a new picture in Photoshop on an own Layer
Press CTRL+T
Press Alt+CTRL+Shift
Drag the lower left point towards the left
==> The lower right point ALSO moves towards the right point
==> With a photo, you´d get a perspective distortion
PS i tried many filter in AE, no-one worked, so i hope it´s not implemented as Filter but as function

try converting the layer to a 3d layer (layer > 3d layer) then rotating it on the z axis.

its too easy if you use the MESH DISTORT (i guess, Effects > Distort > Mesh Warp )
or you can use a Basic 3D (Effect > Pespective > Basic 3D)
see ya!
