How to make blured reflection/refraction on mray_deilectric material? Cant find that one anywhere?

This is the same question I tend to ask:how to make glossy in dielectric

The way I know now I connect dielectric to bump combiner and use a bump map with bump combiner...But in my thoght, this is only a *FAKE* way because it is not the glossiness of surface but the bump we create...

So, anyone know a real way for glossiness with dielectric material? ??

try the l_glass 2.0 shader cause it supports glossy reflection/refraction plus dispersion :)

I have used L-glass and It is such a great dielectric shader

However, I still want to know how to make glossiness with MR dielectric ? any combine with other shader/utility to create this effect ?

Never tried that personally but what if you try to plug the output of dielectric into use default mib_glossy_reflection for that? should work i guess

Could anyone share more information how to connect dielectric and mib_glossi ?? I am new so this quite difficult :) :bounce: :deal: :deal: :banghead:

PS: anyway, I have recheck L_glass, where is its glossy parameter, cant find it :banghead: :banghead: :bounce:
