I have done this before but I guess I fogot.

I'm trying to loop a rotation of the blades of an helicopter in trackview. I created one loop(360º rotation) but now would want to make this loop over the entire animation.

Can anyone help me out in reminding me of the use of Block control in the trackview?

I already created the block and copied along, but I only get one rotation sequence and then it stops.

What am I missing?

thanks in advance.

Instead of using the Block Controller, it's a lot easier to use the Out-of-Range types in trackview to handle repeating tracks. Just select the track in the Curve Editor and choose from the trackview menu Controller > Out-of-Range Types...

Normally the in and out points are set to end when they're out of range. But if you set them to a variety of types to control how the track loops.

Relative Repeat is a really cool one. I used it way back in R1 to do an asteroid belt animation. Each asteroid had slightly different transform values. Setting them all to relative repeat causes them to continue in time doing what they were doing prior. So a slowly spinner object continues to spin at that rate.
