Hi,
long time no see... once again I'm preparing a drawing as a gift. This time is a bittersweet one (mostly bitter), for my recently ex-girlfriend birthday. Sad story...
I want to add symbolism through adding certain icons to the clothing stamp. Like the flowers, autumm leaves and moons, like stages of the relationship; bandoneons (kind of acordeon typical of tango) because of how we got together, etc... still thinking wich ones to add, i hope not to get too corny giving my current state of mind. The main concept would be "such a big source of joy is an equally big source of sorrow", something like that, trying to conceal the painful icons to a second reading of the pic.
The deadline is december 7th, hope to make it, i'm with a huge work load... anyways, here's the first sketch and composition, first time experimenting flipping the canvas a lot, it really helps. C&C welcomed as always. MUST finish this one!.

Salut!
