Just in time for the holidays! After a long weekend and some help for Catus Dan, I've finally finished my first tutorial on rigging with CD's IK Tools. you can get to it from here

let me remind you this is my first tutorial. there may be some mistakes. please if you find anything wrong or have a suggestion to do something better let me know and i can fix/add anything.
i'll make a .PDF file of the tutorial after a few people have gone through it, just in case there are some corrections to be made.
If you dont have CD's fine plugin, you may find some useful Xpresso in the tutorial. and if Mocca is more your style may i direct you to Slouchcorp's Mocca 2 101 tutorial.
