Is it possible to create some type of flexible/bendable wrist on top of a flat hand rig ?

It seems impossible the more i think about it, because since it remains flat, and the secound joint rotates 0.5x the the wrist control. when the arm raised or lowered the bend is incorrect because the arm is facing diffrent directions..

Anybody know a way to mabey create some sort of alterenative way to apply a bend, to a detached wrist rig.

I'm not sure why you'd want a detached hand anyway.. but..

group your hand rig.. so the bone structure lays within a 'group' node in your outliner..
effect your 'group' pivot to the pivot of the hand 'root' bone...

Parent constraint the end of the arm bone to the 'group' node...

This will let the hand track exactly to the orientation direction of the arm, and still allow you to rotate the hand to where ever you want...

anyhow I'm not sure this is what you want to do in the first place... good luck!
