Hi Guys,
since a couple of days ago I keep an error messages in Maya renderlog while trying to batch rendering (>more than 1 frame) in any multiple file extension format (avi, tiff , etc). I get this with all file formats EXCEPT for IFF (which seems to work fine to render to).
The error in mayaRenderLog.txt is: "Error: line 1: An error has occurred. Rendering aborted"
After the 1st frame has been rendered the script editor just shows:
"// Result: Rendering PostProcessing. //
// Result: Rendering Completed. See mayaRenderLog.txt for information. //"
I have not changed any hardware configuration.
This is what I've done:
+ Recreated the directories prefs & presets.
+ I've set different project directories and checked but they are all set correctly.
+ Cleaned up all Maya temporary files under "LocalSettings" directory
Oh yeah, and it only happens with "Maya Software" renderer...
I cannot even create a new scene, keyframe a cube and then batch render 10 frames.
Does anyone have any idea how I can go about troubleshooting this ?
Is a reinstall the best way out ?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated :)
Thanks,
Patrik
