HelloAll,
I have mapped a 2dFluid texture onto the surface of an object. I would then like to map information based on the colour of the object in 3d to the corresponding position of a fluid in 3d space.
I've looked into colorAtPoint and SamplerInfo nodes...pointWorld looks promising, but I can't figure out how to string them up to do this. Once I figure out how to extract the 3d info from my object, I think I can write the expressions to transfer it to the fluid, but I can't figure out how to get the information from the samplerInfo node, or utilize the colorAtPoint command.
Can anyone help out?
