naresh,

These are quite nice drawings! :) May I have permission to change the name of your thread to "Anatomy Thread of naresh"? This helps me to keep things organized. :)

In the first drawing, I think the head may be a bit small, and the legs a bit large for the torso. In the second drawing, the proportions are better, but you've lost a bit of focus in the area of the legs ~ the upper portion of the drawing is quite nice! :) In both, I like your linework, which in places looks quite delicate. I think your challenge will be to incorporate more of a gestural feel into these more finished drawings ~ not an easy task, but I think if the drawings have more of a loose feel, they will automatically tend to 'flow' better ~ and be more interesting (in my opinion) to look at.

Very nice work ~ I hope you continue to post here.

Cheers,

naresh,

No prob! :) If anatomy is confusing for you (you seem to do a great job anyway), why not do some Anatomy Studies, by copying out of a book? Check out some of the other Anatomy Threads ~ several people are doing studies of skeletal and muscular features. :)

Cheers,
