Hi, guys my name is Alex I'm from orlando fl. this pice was done from a B&W sargent study, I limited my pallete to only monochromatic trying to focus on a good value build up. I'm just begining to learn how to pint digitally any hints or tips wlcomed.

By the way I did this piece in 50 mintues time...

Nice start ! Seems like a good way to start studying. The portrait reminds me of a painting...

Why don't post this at the 2D WIP forum ? This forum is more for the technical question concerning photoshop...
