CGTalk - Satelite freezes

Hi !
I have a problem of satelite rendering freeze. This is output window dump:

mental ray for Maya 7.0
mental ray: version 3.4.5.2, 06 July 2005
mental ray: got 8 satellite CPUs.
LIB 0.0 info : mental ray for Maya - startup done
MSG 0.0 info : adding new host 1 (192.168.0.7:7103)
JOB 0.0 info : started threads 0,1 on 192.168.0.7 now known as host 1
MSG 0.0 info : adding new host 2 (192.168.0.8:7103)

and rendering stops at this point and maya hangs...
I tried different machines order in rayhosts file but it can lock on any host. Sometimes it works with 2 or 3 hosts, but after maya restart it fails again.
My machine is XP SP2 with installed and disabled zoneAlarm firewall. XP forewall is disabled also.

any clues ?? i'm out of ideas ;/

please report that to alias..

sat rendering seems to have some problems
there are some other threads about that issue in here, and some have solutions to various problems..

just search
