if i were you id render out a higher resolution reel. this is your work and you want to show it in all of its glory. it was very hard to see the details. maybe you could show close ups of the models. and please believe me im not out to be rude im only trying to help but in a reel show your strengths. when you had the charater moving it seemed a little pointless. there wasnt anything dynamic about it that would say this is your strength. when you do the turn around for this character pose him in that dynamic roar you were going for. the other models seemed a little static as well. unbalanced is maybe a better word

I agree with Inkman, it's hard to judge this because of the reduced resolution, everything seems muddy. From what I can tell your models look good, but I think you could get rid of the colored background behind the models and have them sit on black or another solid color that isn't so distracting. I also would also get rid of the animation on the model. Bottomline, if it's a modeling reel show me your modeling in the best format for me to see your modeling strengths, don't distract me with unneccassary motion or color. It appears that your work is good, just tweak the packaging a bit more and you'll have a nice reel.
