In Normal Map, under the Tool pallete. Bring your model to the lower level of Subdivisions, adjust the parameters, and press Create Normal Map. Export the Texture ZBrush will generate and use it on your software of choice. Problably you'll have to flip it vertically. And don't forget to assign UV coordinates before this.

Just to add: what settings you need to use will depend on how your render program handles normal maps. Apart from the settings mentioned above you may need to adjust the normal map settings in Preferences>ImportExport.
Also look out for the ZMapper plugin (free, from Pixologic) which should be released before long. It is specifically designed to handle normal map creation and increases the options available.
