Ok basically what my problem is, is that l'm trying to get a scene that was setup before l got FR2, so to make things easier l have open a new file & copied & pasted a character from the original C4D file into this new file to make sure that there are no issue's with other elements within the scene. the character's chest which is just a basic cube (wooden toy solider) has a texture on it that only has the color & bump channels activated to give a the overall color of the chest this being a died red wood look,then there is another texture on top of that, this has a PSD file with a alpha channel in it. This texture is just shape of the letter B, so the only channel's in the texture are color (white) & alpha.
Now these render fine with C4D's render but when l use FR2 the second texture showing the letter B that l've explained above does not render, which l don't unserstand why as there is nothing in the FR2 manual that l saw under Will 3rd party shaders, materials or plug-ins work? stating that the Alpha Channel from a C4D texture will not be seen by the FR2 renderer so l'm a bit confused, so has anyone got any idea's why this material is not rendering.
Please note that l do not have the "Mix Texture" option turned on in any of the texture tags for this to renderer using the C4D render.
