Need help.
i am creating a still life of my shelf and have run into problems with creating the texture for a can of turpentine.
the can is a cylinder that has been squared, then each side was detached from the other till i had 4 detached nurb surfaces. the front and the back are fine, no problems.
But, when i project the texture onto the smaller side pieces the texture acts like it has been offset. it hasn't. all the wraps have been unchecked (2d placement and projection>effects). i have deleted the textures and tried over again but nothing seems to work. the textures are fit to the bounding box of the surface, everything seems ok.
i am using a layered shader. i will post the shader network next.
if anyone can help or if anyone knows another way to get a texture projected onto a squarish cylinder, i would greatly appreciate it.
thanks
