This is a vacuumcleaner from siemens and its in motion..
The most difficult part of this image was the lighting of the scene and the shape of the tube. Because of a limitation of 3dsmax for the Helix Spline (only 100 rounds) i decided to model it with the help of the align function and with torus rings.
The Body was modeled in Rhino.
The hole scene was rendered on a 21 Ghz Network and it took over 4 hours for the resolution of 4000x3000px

Oh thank you so much joana! I dont know what it is, but most of my pictures arn´t very popular in this forum! Most of them started with even five points and often neraly 1000 views within the first day. But after 2 days many people seems to vote very less stars for my pics. I dont know why but its a pity. I´ve done my best....

But i´ll try my best to get more than three stars here, one day.
