Hi!
For a game-project I started to use the afterburn-script from http://petershipkov.com/ for some explosions with dusttrails - really awesome script!
2 problems:
- In the examples, the dusttrails and explosions donīt fade out over time. But since I need that, I started to adjust the ramp connected to opacityPP. Basically it works ok but some particles "pop out" instead of fading out.
Do you have any other "concepts" or ideas for fading out the particles with AfterBurn ?
- when not using particle-disc-cache, the fluid-texture jumps in the animation (but only one time in the animation - with every new rendering the jump occurs at a different frame) Is that normal, that means is using the cache a must ??
Thanks for any help,
Boris
