"Walt Disney has hired Amy Adams to star in ENCHANTED, a CG animated and live-action film.

Adams will play a princess-in-waiting who's banished by an evil queen from the cartoon world of Andalasia to the hardened world of present-day New York. The movie turns to live action, and so does the princess. She attempts to navigate the city, find true love and save herself. "

Unless you're a teenage girl, your opinion is probably moot. It'll do fine, like these films almost always do.

excellent.. maybe they got rid of the storyline of rapunzel: unbraided... flipped it around and put it in live action

My comic book series Enchanted was published from in the mid-late 90's by Sirius Entertainment. Does this mean I can sue Disney for using the same name? :D

As someone mentioned, it looks like it will do fine with the young teenage girl crowd. Light entertainment.

(for some reason I don't think they are shooting for the "Bitter-20 Something-3D Artist-Computer Geek" demographic with this movie)

That's the funniest thing I've read in a while. Funny because it's true. :D
