CGTalk - compatibility from XSI 4 to 5

I started a project in XSI 4 and I have been asked to do more. I have upgraded XSI 4 to XSI 5 recently and i was wondering if there are any known compatibility problems.
i.e. when i use 5 will there be any hitches along the way?
