I just noticed and joined this contest the other day, and, couldn't think of anything right away that I wanted to work on. I ended up trying to find a theme that dealt with water, or the ocean rather, as I havent worked with splashy ocean waves, and thought it might be challenging and fun to attempt. This was actually my third sketch, with the first two looking even rougher than this.

Hey!

What about a old caravel instead your ship? It ll turn your giant bigger, and refers to colonial navigation era, with all fears and miths about unknown oceans. And guess the horizon is too close, cause the scale of far waves... Keep going!
