Hello

I'm trying XSI 3 since 2 or 3 days and I'm finding some strange features (or bug?!?! I don't know). For example, in XSI 2, in the render tree I can press button "p" to have a preview of the selected node, now in XSI 3 how can I do it?
And in the Animation Editor I see a curious icon, the "Select curve" button, but I belive that in xsi 2 in the normal select mode I can select the curve and when a curve is selected i can select its points, but now in XSI 3, I select a curve and the "Select curve icon" (in the red circle in the image) remain pressed and I must press the "Select" button (the icon whit an arrow on the left of the own icon) for select the points; and it's one more click for me and it's not very fast.
Is it a bug or is there a setting for this selection?

thanks

yea, i have that problem bugging me. but if you try click in the edit button on the edditor menu. you notice that this is their feature. and the short cuts are pretty handy once you getting use to.

now, if you want to try selecting a point. you hit T. Space is selecting curve. Y is like the "space" function in 2.0

they are trying to make the editor short cut like you have in the viewport when selelcting objects.

Thanks to all

Above all to Atyss.... "The function is still there, but not available by default. To get it back:

Go into File > Keyboard Mapping
Create a new keyboard map
In the left column, scroll down to Render Tree and highlight it
In the right column, scroll down until you find Node Preview (Obsolete), drag it and drop it onto the P key of the keyboard map. "

I'm permitted to rewrite here your XSIbase's post for other users.
