That looks great! Very close to photo-realisim (not sure what makes it seem not right).

Very nice render. Good quality, and is photorealistic. There is something about the two men walking in the day-time scene that doesn't seem right. especially the motion blur on the guy's legs and hand. I don't know if it would be better without it or not...

There whole bodies are in motion not just the legs. I would also think that if your shutter speed was up fast enough to stop the movement of the second car there bodies also would not have blur. As well they perhaps would be running out of the way of the oncomming car..? A metered photo would take into account the movement in the fore ground and with that much light it would be hard to take a blury shot. In the night scene the longer exposer time makes for the blury lights and so on.. (quite correct). From a photographers point of view though I would wait till there were very few moving vehicles or no vehicles to take the shot for that reason. If the building is downtown then you have people crossing all over the place and this slows down the traffic.

Just a thought. Have the cars stopped at a light and the two guys crossing. If you don't want to put in a traffic light you could have the front car turning into a parking space and they are crossing at that opportunity (blinker on and front wheels turned). This would freeze all but the walkers. You could then add blur but I don't think it's that neccessary.

That said it is quite an excellent building. Both scenes lighting is fantastic. The movement does give vitality to the image but with the blur it draws to much attention to the movement. I would just cut out the blur (maybe a little bit of blur on the lead car) The camera can't compensate that fast. The night scene is pretty well perfect.
