Q. As a Supervisor on “Chicken Little”, were you able to still produce much footage for the film? Or was your time tied up in other capacities?

A. I ended up doing a little over four hundred feet on Chicken Little. Thankfully, the business of running the department fell to the Animation Supervisor, Eamonn Butler, and the APM, Monica Lago-Kaytis, leaving the Character Supervisors to concentrate on animating and keeping their characters consistent. A good chunk of my time was taken up looking at animators' work and giving comments. Of course, as a Character Supervisor I was able choose which scenes I would animate, so by doing key scenes or pivotal moments for my characters, I was able to establish a visual guide that the other animators could refer to when working on those characters.
