cgidude 11-12-2005, 01:35 PM Hi everyone I am working a new model of the body. I hope I doing ok so far I think some this wrong with the anatomy on the lower part of the body any advice please?
do you see something wrong?

The waist seems a bit too thin. . .

Ideally, the entire figure should be about 7 and 3/4 heads, with the legs to the waist being about 5 and 1/2 out of those. In your figure, I think the leg to the waist is only about 3 - 4.
Also, the waist should be about shoulder-width. Apart from that, very nice and detailed model. Keep up the good work.

first off nice detail on the model looks good. The problems I see besides what the first two posteres pointed out are that the hands and neck look a little too big. It may just the thin waist and the size of the character thats throwing them off.

also consider the thighs are the 2nd biggest muscle group in the body ..... nice upper body rib cage :)do you think your traps/neck are too big?
