Here's a couple of thoughts from an amateur
The lighting changes noticeably between cuts in the opening car sequence. You see a soft, warm yellow light as the car approaches, then you cut to a side-shot where the car looks a pale white. I'd try and think of a few different angles to show the driver stopping than just a straight-ahead side shot.
The continuity between shots in the opening car sequence aren't smooth. We see the car stop from the front, you then cut to a scene showing the car just coming to a standstill.
The lighting as the lead singer walks from the car and into the house is too dark.
I like the rich autumn colours in the field or forest, but that scene is essentially one long, uninterrupted shot with your camera panning in and out. I know it sounds very traditional and "textbook" to say add some variety to the shots - but it might actually work. Some close-ups, mid-shots, shots of the other players, different camera angles, compositions etc. Have you thought of doing some rough sketches to plan various shots?
You have one scene with the band in a car - but it just suddenly pops up unexpectedly in the middle of the video - it doesn't feel as if it's been woven into the general flow of the video. Not sure how to solve this one to be honest. Others might think it looks fine though, this was just my impression.
Anyway, hope that wasn't too critical - good luck!

Some good suggestions Josh. I need to colorcorrect the shots so that there is no exteme difference. I did some storyboarding of all the shots. Like i said this is a piece of the whole pie. I will post a final version. Unfortunately i didn't rent proper lighting kit for the indoor scene its too dark. I need to brighten up little bit. There is no smooth transitions i agree and that's a problem.
