hello hello

i had a free afternoon yesterday and did a quick anim. This was a completly random excersise animating away and adding arms, legs and other bits as the idea formed.
Its a bit daft but was fun to do.
http://www.matteveritt.com/flak_ep_01.mov (http://www.matteveritt.com/flak_ep_01.mov)- its 2meg

-edit-
episode 2 just finished - http://www.matteveritt.com/flak_ep_02.mov
-edit over-

No sound fx at the moment but if any body wants to add some be my guest - the more quirky the better.

Cheers

Nice animation, that's certainly one way to get it off for whatever reasons.

Hey Matt,

Great work.
The secondary animation on his 'hampton' is a nice touch! ;)

Cheers

ahhh.....im at work right now and i cant stop laughing! this is great! i love the overlap so much! i especially love the colour scheme! the only thing that i would change (superdooper nitpicky!) is that there are some dead frames at the end where nothing is happening. i think you should either cut them out or keep somthing animated or moving. but still kickass nonetheless!

Fun fun.
Good illustration of the "staging" principle of animation...
...and just how little you need in order to get the point across.

Thanks for all the positive posts.

jasonporter484 (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=195493) - i know what you mean about those end frames. I'll sort that out as soon as possible.

If i can find some free time this week i'll do another anim.

Cheers.
