What's the best way (if any) to get a Microstation file (prp or dgn, I don't wich one it is) to XSI?

I'm in a hurry, please help!

save as dxf and find the importer that was posted a while ago on this forum.

But it seems it is in demo version and it ignores 1 element in every 50... :(

Any other idea?
