hi guys,
ok i have some minidv footage we recorded on my friends camera, he is from overseas so it was a camera from china,
i purchased a minidv cam here in canada and i cant playback the video in the camera it looks pixelated and says "!2" bit on the screen hmmm?
what have i missed? im confused..or have the videotapes themselves gone bad? thansk for any info you guys have on this.

A PAL and NTSC difference perhaps?
