Just a scene for " Bugvaders " (http://www.adventure-publishing.com/projects.html) that for some reasons was not included to final cut ... Now it's collect dust on my hard drive.

Very cool. What method did you use for the grass? I'm assuming MD for the leaves as I've done somthing similar with dollar bills...

For grass - Susquatch with Nulls for blower effect ...
For leaves i used FX_Motion - it's mach easier then MD (if u familiar with particles) -
with wind controllers attached to blower nulls.

Could you perhaps go into a little more detail, for those of us whos brains arn't working cause we screwed up a spinning crecent kick and fell over because we were too dizzy.
Could happen to anyone :beer:

Nothing special ... Ones activated FX_Motion will turn your object to one big particle, so u can use wind to blow away these particle. Also i added FX_Collision to each leave and one collision plane under the grave plate. There are three wind objects in the scene - two of them was affecting specific groups of leaves (first and second wind waves) and third was affecting all leaves - to get some ripple effect before and between wind waves ...

I've had problems with FX motion and rotation.. Trying to get something to rotate and bounce is impossible for me..
Any of you have the same problem?

U mast lower Rotation resistance (1 - 0.1 is good for leaves ) and change the z - Rotation ( in my case it's 360 deg/m ).
Here is the settings for the leaf (one of them).

Hmm. I guess that means that you can only get rotation for wind.. Not proper rotation of a cube falling to the ground, bouncing and rotating?

I found that it based on motion...
If u have wind that move the FX_Motion object - this object will rotate...
If u have gravity that move the FX_Motion object - that object will rotate.
So no motion no rotation.
