View Full Version : Speed modeling + video (Hexagon+Zbrush)

Hi!
I do a speed modeling (alone) this week end after a short break of modeling (I have to update my Georgette WIP now it's finished), and I recorded it.

I only post the modeling, since Zbrush crash just after the SmartResym and some edits, I wasn't able to export the displacment map to do a render. I'll do it again tonight.

Only one triangle (behind the ears on each side), for 1h38min in Hexagon 1.2 for the modeling, and in details, around one hour for the modeling itself and 30min for tweaking and refine topology.

The video is at 600% of the original speed, in Quicktime Sorenson and 84 Mb

I only need to improve my Zbrush skills. I use two much projection master, and I have to add something much more personnal to my character...
But it's the first time I really use on a full object like this... Always too much too learn, and never enough time :)
I'll do it again I think ;)

I just do some new modifications with Zbrush, now I understand better how it works. I even do a morph render for the fun with Carrara 5.
