Import from scene now has UNLOCKED ALL LOCKED BONES (from RIGS)!!!

I'm sure many people/studio have to import characters rigs. Thanks for this bug, we won't be able to have them locked now.

Ah crap, it's not a bug. It's been like this since 8.3

Hu? What do you mean? All bugs in previous versions that havent' been fixed aren't bugs anymore? :)

It might not crash your system, but it sounds helluva inconvenient enough to be considered a bug anyway imho. Load from Scene needs an overhaul anyways.
